Teriyaki Grouper Fillet 日式照烧石斑鱼柳

This fillet is made by Groupers farmed in our farm and cooked in our high hygiene standard licenced kithchen with ingredients from reputable Singapore suppliers.  It is marinated with special sauce so that the Japanese style teriyaki goes well with the sweetness of the fish.

This special fillet can be ready within 3 to 5 minutes depends on re-heating microwave oven power. No thawing is required. The nett weight is 180g, it can be enjoyed by 2 to 3 persons.
