This soup is made from our Jade Perch fish bones and chicken bones, it has been boiling for more than 10 hours. Together with sauerkraut and some secret spices, it is not only highly nutritious but also improves your appetite. It is ideal to go with Jade Perch Noodle or seafood such as clam, prawns, fish slices, or squid.
