Grouper Nugget

These nuggets are produced from selected Grouper fillets and marinated using our secret recipe. Each of them is coated with a thin layer of breaded flour and deep fried using healthy vegetable oil under controlled timing. It is crispy yet not starchy, the fresh fish taste is delicious yet not oily. The coating is so thin that the fish skin is visiable under the coating. It should be kept frozen, just reheat with Air Fryer and they are ready within minutes. Net weight 400g, price exclude GST.
