Jade Perch Collagen Soup 1000

​​​​​​​This soup is crafted using our latest High Pressure Retort technology, allowing it to remain ambient-stable without the need for refrigeration while preserving freshness naturally, with no added preservatives. This also makes it environmentally friendly, as no additional energy is required for storage.

Another unique feature is its high concentration. The soup is two times more concentrated and can be easily diluted with two parts water to serve. As such, a 1 kg pack yields up to 3 kg of ready-to-use soup, offering both convenience and value.

Ideal for steamboat, the soup’s natural golden colour enhances the visual appeal of the dish, making every meal more appetising and inviting.

The soup is made from carefully selected ingredients, including pumpkin and carrot for natural sweetness and colour, jade perch fish bone for richness and collagen, chicken legs for depth, dried scallop for umami, mushroom powder and flounder fish powder for layered savouriness, complemented with ginger, sugar, and salt for balance.
