Super Red Tilapia

Tilapia has become a sustainable food source and a vital seafood staple in several countries. An affordable option for protein, it has helped consumers from different countries to fulfill their nutritional needs. Tilapia also has a good amount of omega 3 fatty acids compared to other fish of a similar price range. Our Tilapia meat texture is medium-firm, it is most suitable to steam, bake and grill.

The Tilapia that we farmed is an imported species from a reputable farm in Thailand. Thailand is one of the few countries in the world able to supply good quality tilapia.

The standard size is 450-550g before degut and descaled. It will be degutted, descaled, cleaned, and vacuum-packed before delivery.
