Mild Mala Steamed Grouper Fillet

This fillet is made by Groupers farmed in our farm and cooked in our high hygiene standard licenced kithchen with ingredients from reputable Singapore suppliers.  It is marinated with special recipe so that the right amount mala taste does not fully cover the sweetness of the fish.

This special fillet can be readily edible within 3 to 5 minutes depends on re-heating microwave oven power. The nett weight is 200g, it can be enjoyed by 2 to 3 persons.
