FINbyBOAT first time participation in Food and Hotel Asia FHA exhibition 2022 under its parent company's name Blue Ocean Aquaculture Technology (BOAT). The exhibition attracted over one thousand international exhibitors. FINbyBOAT its flagship products, Jade Perch, Hybrid Grouper, Jade Perch Udon and Jade Perch collagen soup. These products attracted vast interest from the visitors and we are poised to to scale to the next level. Thanks to the support of our valuable customers without them we will not be able to bring our produce to the mass markets...

We are honored that Michelin Starred Restaurant, Golden Peony Restaurant, demonstrates our Jade Perch's versatility in Zao Bao on 8th August. This is an important day because it is near to our National Day.  We must thank the Management and Staffs of Conrad Centennial Hotel for their support in using local produce. We must also thank Chef Gu Qiang, 古强，a Honk Kong born Master Chef who uses Singapore farmed Jade Perch produces State-of-an-art dishes to celebrate our National Day.
