GIMSON Nyonya Red Curry
This spicy, aromatic GIMSON Nyonya Red Curry is a classic Peranakan dish loved by all. This ready to use sauce contains no added MSG, artificial flavourings or preservatives. This versatile sauce goes well with fried beehoon, white rice, prata, and white bread.
1. Pour 1 packet of GIMSON Nyonya Red Curry into wok, heat up over low fire.
2. Add chicken and potato, stir fry for 5 minutes.
3. Add 400ml of water and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is tender.
4. Add in 100ml of coconut milk and bring to boil. Serve hot with rice.
