Chilliz Assam Fish Paste
This Spicy Tamarind Fish Paste is a hot and sour sauce that is easy and convenient to use. Serve your fish with lady's fingers, tomatoes, eggplants for a delicious and flavourful meal. The dish can be ready just in 15 minutes.
1. Mix 1 packet of paste with 400ml pineapple juice or water.
2. Simmer to a gentle boil and add fish and vegetables. Cook 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
3. Season according to taste and serve hot with rice.
