Chef Cao Yong Nyonya Assam Sauce
This sauce is specially created by Celebrity Chef Cao Yong (Champion of World Chef Championship). It has a rich traditional Nyonya flavour and yet contemporary feel. It is created especially for steaming of premium fish like Jade Perch!
Ingredients: Cooking Oil, Assam Paste, Fish Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Plum Sauce, Sugar, Lime, Red Chilli, Chilli Padi, Turmeric, Young Ginger, Ginger Flower, Preserved Leek, Shallots, Garlic.
