Quick Frozen Skinless Jade Perch Fillet
This Jade Perch fillet is carefully cut with their skin removed followed by a quick frozen process (freeze at -40oC) to maintain its nutritional value and freshness. We use larger Jade Perch which is more than one year old for filleting. It has different textures and feels and is very convenient to prepare and enjoy, it can be pan-fried, grilled, or steamed.
